SLF-400A High-speed Labeling Machine
Features: 1. Introduced by servo electric machine systems of Japanese MITSUBISHI, it boasts the accurate positioning, stable operating and high speed to improve the production capacity and quality substantially. 2. Equipped with micro-computer control system of MITSUBISHI and imported touch panel HMI, it features easy operating and self-inspection and display, which makes VT easier for the operator to fix the breakdown. 3. With self-scanning and memory function, it can measure the length of the label automatically. 4. Boasting prudently displaying and management of label quantities, the operator can know the progress at any time. 5. With the HMI, product in spud can be set and adjusted automatically to be in line with other product lines to have the most efficient operation. 6. At the speed of 450bottles/min, it still has clear and mice printing with SLF-450 high speed printer. 7. According to meeting GMP requirement, the machine is movie of T6 aluminum alloy and SUS304 stainless steel.
