BY-1600 Sugarcoating Pan
The machines use for average coating and polishing of formed pill in pharmaceutical industry. It can be also used for make pill or coating in foodstuff.
Working Principle: Make the sugarcoating tablet roll and slide in the pan through the pan rotary clockwise. And then scrub and mill the sugarcoating tablet to make the core smear is even. At the same time put into the hot wind to eliminate the water in the surface of tablet, and then get the qualified sugarcoating tablet.
BY1200-1600 based the frequency control series of pan, coating machine, water chestnut shaped type, and two models are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, tobacco and the other industries, or tablets, pills and granules coating, roll balls, polishing. Models have stainless steel and ordinary two kinds. Frequency control is mainly used for film coating of new technology. That could be configured as needed spray system.
